Customers of MUC are billed on either cycle I or cycle II.
Cycle I customer’s billing due date is the 10th of each month, these customers are mainly city customers, reaching some of the county customers.
Cycle II cutomer’s billing due date is the 25th of each month, these customers are county residents.
Both billing cycles are subject to disconnect 10 days after due date. If service is disconnected there will be a $50.00 reconnect fee. If a member of our service crew is sent to your location for a cut-off, yet no cut-off was made there will still be an additional fee of $25.00 for that service call. All accounts over 120 days past due will be sent collections. There is an additional charge of $25.00 for after hour non-emergency calls. Please exhaust possible in home plumbing problems before calling the MUC’s service crew. It could save you money.
